We’re excited to announce that the HoopFest Tour Scouting Service has been approved with the NCAA bylaws and now certified. NCAA Division 1 and 2 basketball coaches are permitted to subscribe to the service for the 2024 calendar year. Here’s details of what we will be providing to coaches of all levels; event reports, players strengths, breakdown of in game situations, players IQ, predicted next levels, highlights of weekly top performance, players of the week, player of the month.

EVENT REPORTS: HoopFest Tour is a year round basketball company, our events include, travel basketball tournaments, High School summer team camps, fall camps, High School Classics, High School Tournaments, Middle School Tournaments, Underclassmen Tournaments and Coaching Conferences/Clinics. Our event report post directly after each event, evaluations are detailed with great information on standouts.
PLAYER STRENGTH: Our scouting team evaluates players multiple times before sending out reports, this gives us a chance to build a trusted relationship with subscribers and make sure evaluations are correct. Newly sent out evaluations will have players potential level listed under report, this is an added layer that will help you identify new prospects and recruits you’re looking to contact.
BREAKDOWN IN-GAME: HoopFest Scouting will always make sure to give coaches a full detail report of players. Full details will include, players height, weight, academic info (requested), player cell/email/twitter/instagram, parents cell/email, high school coach cell/email and travel coach cell/email (requested).
SCOUTING TEAM: Our scouting team insist of all former players, former college coaches and high school head coaches who is trusted nationally across the country, this gives us 1st class knowledge of understanding the game of basketball, true evaluations, in-depth information on players and unbiased scouting reports.
GRADING SCALE: Here’s our grading scales that is added to player evaluations. High Major (HM) is a high level prospect who is projected to attend a power five college/university. Mid Major (MD) is a player that is who is a guaranteed next level player with high/mid major college recruiting offers. Low Major (LM) is a player we believe should be recruited by smaller division 1 colleges/universities. Next Level (NL) is player we believe will play college basketball at D3/NAIA/JUCO.
HIGHLIGHT FILMS: HoopFest scouting, marketing team and video crew does an excellent job promoting players for exposure. To make sure college coaches can get the full report on player our staff make sure to post several videos weekly so you can see for yourself that our scouting team is accurate and a trusted source.
