This past weekend, HoopFests Tour had the special opportunity to host our Lake Charles Exposure Showcase for players representing Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Between the talent, competition and organization it was a great event. Here’s a few standouts that caught the attention of our scouting and media team.

2026 PG 5’10 Langston Adams (Port Neches High School, Tx) was the overall best prospect at Lake Charles Showcase. Adams is lightning fast, scores at will, lights it up from deep, a defensive pest who plays 94 feet, finishes at the rim over bigger defenders, can score from anywhere on the floor, high IQ point guard who got teammates easy baskets.

2025 F 6’5 Kane Broussard (Lacassine High School, La) does it all on the court. Broussard has a smooth game, the perfect size for the next level, high skill level player, plays the game the right way, smooth high release, good jumper from mid to three, post up smaller players, gets around bigs with ease, can put it on the floor very well, a small time hidden gem that would be highly noticeable in a bigger school/city.

2026 G 6’1 CJ Charlot (Beau Chene High School, La) can light it up. Charlot is a combo guard that can score off the dribble, scores in bunches when hot, nice pull up jumper, see’s the floor well, attacks well going downhill, got teammates wide open finishes, handle the ball well, doesn’t lose the ball/takes care of ball.

2026 F 6’7 Jordan Senegal (Teurlings Catholic High School, La) is a long athletic forward. Senegal has the length to compete on any level, super athletic, can guard the 1-5, puts it on the floor, gets to the rim with ease, high level athleticism, shoots the ball well above average, aggressive on the defensive end, attacks on offense, next level skill set.

2025 SG 6’2 Benjamin Golla (Barbe High School, La) is a extremely dangerous sharp shooter. Golla shoots the ball lights out, mid range shot is awesome, great 3 point shooter, high percentage behind the arc, able to score off the dribble, very good pull up jumper, exploded for 33 points in 1 half at showcase.

2026 F 6’5 Evan Burns (Lake Charles College Prep, La) is a high motor player. Burns instantly catches your attention by how hard he plays on both ends of the floor, very good on ball defender, can guard all positions, challenges everything at the rim, athletic, plays above the rim, high level finishes at the basket, can finish with both hands and high level re-bounder.
